Package Your Items
Ensure all garments are in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all Florence The Label tags still securely attached.
Label and Post
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized postal location.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
